A year-long online intensive rooted in the teachings of Andean cosmovision, the ancient Essene tradition, Toltec shamanic practices, and yogic philosophy. It is a path of remembering who we are, why we are here, and how to walk in beauty.
We forgot how to walk through this world in complete harmony and alignment with the living Earth, and to see the sacredness in all life. Our separation from Nature has caused a loss of memory about mountains, rivers, plants, animals, and our breath being our living allies. But for those who know how to listen and receive - they constantly offer support, energy, and guidance. The ancient teachings from the heart of the Andes remind us that the universe is alive with intelligence, and that human beings are not separated from it—we are designed to live consciously in harmony with All That Is. That’s why the Medicine men and women believe that healing does not come from repairing what is broken, but from remembering how to be part of the sacred exchange of energy that sustains all life, how to live in Ayni.
PROGRAM VISION
Sumaq Ñan (Quechua: The Beauty Way / The Path of Harmonious Living) is a year-long immersion that bridges the Andean cosmovision, ancient mystery traditions, energy medicine, connection with Nature, ceremonial practice, and deep personal transformation. The program blends theoretical wisdom, experiential practice, and immersive rituals within a dedicated community, all designed to uplift and stabilize you in your highest possible vibration.

FOR WHO IS THIS PROGRAM
This intensive is designed for those who feel a deep calling to reconnect with the living forces of Nature and work in sacred communion with Mother Earth. It is an invitation to remember your purpose—to center, transform, and reharmonise yourself first, and then, through the tools of the second-year study, to extend that healing to others.
The practices you will learn will help you uncover the (mostly unconscious) beliefs and impulses that drive your life. You will learn how to consciously perceive, channel, and guide the living energy that flows through your body and the world around you; how to transform dense emotional or energetic states and lower frequencies into lighter, harmonious energy, and how to awaken your creative life force by strengthening your connection with spiritual allies from nature.
We will explore how to work with power animal archetypes, crystals and stones, and the elemental forces of the Earth as our team of healing and manifesting, while slowly building your personal altar, youe Medicine Bundle—the Andean Mesa (the work with the Andean Mesa and energy medicine techniques is further deepened in the second year of study).
Presence and consistency are required, as participants are expected to engage in daily practice and progress in order to follow each subsequent module and the advanced work of the second year.

Sumaq Ñan is not a “school for creating shamans.” It is a path of learning how to live once again in a reciprocal relationship—with the Earth, the community, and the mystery of life. By the end of this training, you will attain a deeper sense of vitality, clarity, and inner authority—born from a direct relationship with the sacred forces that sustain the Universe—while developing practical tools to support the healing of yourself and others. It is a co-creation in which the Earth, the stars, the cosmos, and your own spirit work together to guide healing, purpose, and service toward your family, your community, and the generations yet to come.
