Ayni
SACRED ANDEAN CODES & CEREMONIES
Ayni is a dynamic container of gatherings dedicated to planting the ancient seeds of Andean wisdom. Through sacred ceremonies, rituals, and direct transmissions, these circles connect us to the Q'eros and the Q’anchis Ylla lineages.
Rooted in the ancient wisdom lineages of the Q'ero shamans of the Peruvian Andes and the medicine people of the Amazon basin, the Munay-Ki Rites are initiatory practices for modern times. They function as energetic codes—luminous seeds transmitted through nine rituals designed to accelerate the evolution of human consciousness.
Over the course of nine bi-weekly online or live gatherings, you will receive the energetic initiations (Karpays), that were passed directly to Sandra from revered lineage keepers Marcela Lobos, Don Francisco Chura Flores, and Doña Juanita Apaza.
Every Rite is anchored by the transmission of foundational knowledge from the Andean Cosmovision, bringing integration and deeper understanding of each received seed, allowing you to align as luminous beings with the new, higher frequency of Mother Earth.
Why Receive the Rites?
By elevating your personal vibration, these rites align you with the rising frequency of Pachamama (Mother Earth). The transmissions work at a deep cellular level to:
Clear ancestral imprints: Erase past karmic and genetic traumas held within your lineage
Upgrade your DNA: Repattern the luminous energy field to inform a physical body that heals, ages, and transitions with greater grace and harmony
Awaken internal balance: Anchor yourself firmly in both your authentic feminine and masculine power
Ultimately, these rituals act as a catalyst for profound personal transformation—reconnecting you to your inner sovereignty, your true nature, and the infinite wisdom of the heart.
Nine Rites
The first four meetings (initiations) are non-consecutive and do not need to be received in order. The remaining five are known as the Lineage Rites; they must be received sequentially and require having received at least one of the first four foundation rites. Participants who complete all nine rituals will receive a traditional lineage Pi Stone (Initiation Stone).
THE NINE RITES OF THE MUNAY-KI:
-
Known as the Hampe blessing among the Q'ero people of the Andes, this rite connects us to a timeless lineage of shamans and medicine keepers who inspire our personal alchemy. To act as healers for others, we must first know from lived experience how to transform our own wounds into sources of wisdom and deep compassion. This lineage anchors us on our path toward harmony and holistic well-being.
-
Transmitted by Juan Victor Nuñez del Prado—whose father was part of the original expedition that made contact with the isolated Q'ero people—this rite installs five energetic belts around the luminous body. Each band is woven with the essence of a primary element: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Pure Light. These bands fortify our connection to nature and act as energetic filters, safely decomposing heavy or negative energies to protect us physically and spiritually.
-
Hailing from the Huachipayre people at the edge of the Amazon, this rite was transmitted by the renowned healer Don Alejandro Cahuanchi. It connects us with the animal archetypes of the Snake, Jaguar, Hummingbird, Eagle, and Condor, resetting our instincts to preserve our physical and emotional integrity. These archetypes show us how to cultivate right relationships with the right people, at the right time, in the right places. This rite also aligns us with the Keepers of the three mythical worlds (Upper, Middle, and Lower), who guide our evolution by helping us heal the past and stepping into a auspicious future.
-
Passed down by descendants of the Chimu and Moche cultures of Peru's northern coast, as well as Amazonian seekers, this ritual establishes new neural pathways between the visual cortex, the third eye, and the heart. This activation awakens our inner vision, allowing us to perceive the invisible world and subtle energies with the grace of one who looks through the eyes of love and compassion.
-
Among Andean P'aqos (mystics), this rite refers to the pampas (plains and valleys) and the Mesa (sacred altar). It connects us to a lineage of medicine people who bring health and harmony to their communities by awakening and feeding their altars. The fundamental elements of life—Earth, Water, Wind, Fire, and Space—are honored and balanced through prayer and intention so that life may flow in sacred order. This lineage brings deep awareness to the gentle, receptive qualities of life, healing and empowering our relationship with the Divine Feminine.
-
Associated with the high peaks of the Andes—the birthplace of legendary master Don Manuel Quispe—the Altomesayoq rite holds the ancient knowledge of communicating directly with nature, understanding the cycles and rhythms of the cosmos deeply within the heart. In the Andes, the Altomesayoq are known for their ability to summon lightning and for their intimate communion with the Apus (the guardian spirits of the sacred mountains).
-
Literally translating to "the elder who chews wisdom to nourish the generations to come," this rite connects us to the men and women who hold the broadest vision of life on Earth. They view existence from the vast perspective of the sun and stars. In Andean mysticism, these Earthkeepers are considered enlightened masters who converse with stellar consciousness and translate this high knowledge into simple teachings for their people.
-
Known in Quechua as the Mosoq Karpay, meaning the "New Rite," this transmission heralds and prepares us for the "time to come." It expands our perception of potential futures, making us conscious of both global perils and opportunities, horrors and beauty. This is the consciousness of the prophet who does not merely view a distant prophecy, but takes an active role in steering destiny toward a higher timeline. As framed by Dr. Alberto Villoldo, this rite opens the portal for lucid participation in our evolution from Homo sapiens to Homo luminous.
-
Derived from the word Taitanchis, which translates to "God" (Taita meaning Father), this final rite connects us to our ultimate origin—the Absolute Sun. This initiation inspires us to discover our infinite nature, completely unified with the creative source and all of creation. It awakens our manifesting power and teaches us to dream the world into being. Taitanchis Rantis reminds us that co-creation is not just a privilege, but a sacred responsibility, calling us to dream a new world into reality with deep love and courage.

“I would describe Sandra as walking magic. I met her at the Awakening Shakti workshops, and since then I have had the opportunity to participate in many other wonderful trainings and gatherings under her guidance. I am immensely grateful for the knowledge she shares so generously, and thanks to her I have become aware of and developed powerful tools that I can now apply almost every day in my life. In her, I find inspiration, wisdom, motivation, and support for my own personal growth, and I am genuinely happy that our paths crossed.
Thank you for everything!”
