“Sandra is special, gentle and authentic, both as a person and as a teacher. I have known her for a long time as a yoga teacher, and I absolutely love her flow practices, which always take you one step further in connecting physical and inner processes. I have also participated in several of her self-development programs, and each time she opened up a whole new world for me. The programs are thoughtfully and lovingly created, and Sandra’s knowledge and wisdom, which she shares so generously, inspire a desire to learn, to explore, and to question.

The practices and exercises we receive are something I incorporate into my personal routine.
On this journey with Sandra I have come to know myself better as a woman, as a human being in all my roles. I have a special love for her programs linked to the Andean cosmovision, and I’ve experienced part of that beautiful tradition during the journey of my life in Peru under her guidance. All of us who were on that journey, as well as in the programs we attended, we feel deep gratitude for those indescribable experiences.”

“I met Sandra through her yoga classes in the summer of 2018. Her energy is warm, very clear and pure, so I soon began attending the workshops and circles she leads, and each one enriched me, nourished me, inspired me, and introduced me to a wonderful community of women. When I respect and love someone that much, I usually say that I would follow them to the ends of the earth, and in Sandra’s case that is literally true, since I even went with her on a shamanic yoga retreat to Peru. I would recommend that any woman who feels drawn to step outside the box in a safe and guided way explore the programs Sandra offers—perhaps we will even meet there!”
