My work with women is an invitation to reconnect with that inner memory within her DNA — to remember the many facets of feminine nature, and to embody them with awareness, softness, joy and strength.

Within each of us resides the blueprints of ancient goddesses—diverse archetypal energies waiting to be awakened, integrated, and embodied in our daily lives. When we learn to consciously direct and balance this primal force, our inner power amplifies and radiates.  Living our absolute potential allows us to step into a life that is fierce, soft, profoundly feminine, and fully awake.

This is a path of raw remembering and unveiling. Within yourself lives the divine goddess, the alchemical healer, the fierce warrior, and the wise woman. Spanning over nine transformative months—mirroring the sacred timeline of rebirth and gestation—the four immersions take place in March, June, September, and December, aligning directly with the potent portals of the Solstices and Equinoxes.

This cycle of four seasonal immersions + introductory circle that Sandra leads since 2008 as a Sacred Space for women, is the distillation of her extensive three-decades-long immersion with female masters, shamanic women, yoginis, and of her own profound path of personal transformation.

The Sacred Practices

Throughout this intensive, we weave together powerful lineages and experiential modalities:

  • Toltec Magical Passes: Secret movements focused entirely on clearing, healing, and re-energizing the womb space

  • Somatics & Intuitive Dance: Fluid movement designed to release emotional trauma, awaken natural sensuality, and celebrate the shifting phases of the feminine form

  • Shamanic Drum Meditations: Deep, subterranean journeys guided by the primal pulse of the medicine drum

  • Self-Inquiry & Shadow Work: Guided journaling and safe targeted processing to map your unique lineage and relationship with womanhood

  • Elemental Ceremonies: Sacred rituals to connect deeply with Pachamama (Mother Earth) and the elemental forces of nature

  • Andean Womb Blessings: Ancient initiations and lineage blessings from the high Andes to restore the sacred integrity of your creative center

4 Shakti Circles

The foundation of this work centers on the four Goddess Archetypes, reflecting the four seasonal expressions of feminine energy (Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter). By aligning with the rhythms of nature, we harness the unique qualities of each season to provide the ultimate energetic support for each of the four phases of the female cycle.

While designed as a consecutive, cohesive journey, individual Women Circles (modules) can be attended separately (subject to seat availability).

  • This module takes place deeply immersed in nature. Together, we will explore the radiant potential of summer energy. We will connect with the elements of nature, the night, and the full moon, as well as the divine energy of the goddesses Lakshmi and Parvati. This transformation unfolds through yoga asanas, meditation, magical movements, dance, and a sacred Solstice fire ceremony. We will weave in ancient Andean Shamanism practices and a Despacho ritual to honor Pachamama as we welcome the Summer Solstice.

    • Date: June (Friday afternoon to Sunday)

    • Location & Setting:

  • A deep exploration of our inner Wild Woman—the fierce warrior, the initiator, and the enchantress. This module features Toltec magical movements and a dedicated ritual to honor the Autumn Equinox.

    • Date: September 

  • Held on the Winter Solstice, this final module guides us into the depth of the shadow phase—the power of the new moon, darkness, and turning inward to the very core of our magic. We will uncover the hidden blessings of menstruation, heal inherited taboos or traumas around womanhood, and learn how to harness the creative power of 'those days' in a natural way. We will seal our entire Shakti Cycle with the ancient Munay-Ki Womb Blessing rite.
